When uploading to TikTok, the best video format is vertical (9:16) with a resolution of 1080 × 1920 pixels. Use MP4 or MOV files — the size limit is about 72 MB on Android, 287 MB on iOS, and up to 500 MB on web/ads. Videos can be from 1 second up to 10 minutes, though short videos usually perform better.
