Use MP4 or MOV files — the size limit is about 72 MB on Android, 287 MB on iOS, and up to 500 MB on web/ads. Videos can be from 1 second up to 10 minutes, though short videos usually perform better. A 30 fps frame rate is common, but 60 fps also works. If you’re sharing branded or sponsored content, you must clearly disclose it, and when using third-party tools, TikTok requires proper consent, privacy settings, and limits on how often you can post.
